• Prohibited Campaigns: Campaigns that promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any campaign that violates our policies.

• Fees: TippedYou may charge a fee for processing transactions. These fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you complete any transactions.

7. Payment Processing

• Third-Party Payment Processors: TippedYou uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By using TippedYou, you agree to the terms of these payment processors.

• Payouts: You are responsible for ensuring that all payout information is accurate. TippedYou is not liable for any errors in payout processing.

8. Refunds

All tips made through TippedYou are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TippedYou or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TippedYou is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the incident.
